Who we are

Sky Lab LLC ("Sky Lab", "we", "us") operates the website at sky.am. Our registered address is Ervand Kochar St. 11, apt. 28, Yerevan, Armenia, and our taxpayer identification number is 02817625. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at info@sky.am.

What we collect, and why

This site has three forms, each sent to us through Netlify Forms:

• The "Let's begin our journey" lead form — first name, last name, company name, work email, phone number and a short project description.
• The contacts-page form — first name, work email, and the services you're interested in.
• The careers form — your details plus a CV file upload, so we can consider you for an open role.

We use what you submit only to respond to you — following up on a project enquiry or a job application. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

Cookies and similar technology

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4, which is the only tag configured in our container — we do not run advertising or remarketing pixels. We also use Tawk.to for the live-chat widget in the corner of the page. Both Google Analytics and Tawk.to set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser, each under its own privacy policy.

When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept or reject these cookies. We only load Google Tag Manager and Tawk.to if you accept — if you reject, or close the page without choosing, neither one runs and neither sets a cookie. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send us only as long as we need it:

• Project and contact enquiries: 24 months from our last contact with you, then deleted.
• CV uploads and the details submitted with them: 12 months, then deleted — unless you ask us to keep you on file for future roles.
• Live-chat transcripts: for as long as Tawk.to retains them on our account.
• Google Analytics data: 14 months, which is Google Analytics 4's standard retention window.

Access is limited to the Sky Lab staff who need it to reply to you or to assess an application.

Sharing with third parties

We share form submissions with Netlify, our form-processing service, chat messages with Tawk.to, and analytics data with Google, each acting as a processor on our behalf. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it.

Your rights

This policy is governed by the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Protection of Personal Data. If you are in the European Union or the European Economic Area, the GDPR also applies to our handling of your data, and we honour the rights it gives you.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected if it is wrong, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@sky.am and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or EEA and our response does not satisfy you, you can complain to your national data-protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will say so on this page.
